Q: What types of countertops does Creative have?
A: Creative has granite, quartz, quartzite, laminate, corian, and can do butcherblock styles.
Pricing is dependent on category tiers (A,B, mid-range), For smaller projects, remnants can be a more effective cost solution.
Remnants are sections of stone left from other projects that are still useful, for a fraction of the price.
Q: How do we start the process?
A: After making final selecting, a proposal(quote) is drafted and is a contract, once the proposal is agreed upon & signed, a deposit is required to go on the schedule.
Q: What is the typical turn around Creative Countertops usually takes?
A: Installation is typically two weeks after templating.
Q: What is the process for installation?
A: Creative Countertops will come out to measure and template the tops of the installed cabinets, after coming out to template, a crew will be out two weeks later to install the finished counter.
Q: How long does the template process take?
A: Depending on the size and complexity of the job, templating can take an hour to two hours. Cabinets must be installed and secured, no changes can be made after templating without an additional charge.
Q: When is the Slab Yard open?
A: The Slab Yard is open during normal business hours. We recommend to avoid raining days, as the moisture on the stone may affect the color and appear darker than actually is.
Q: What is the difference between quartz and granite?
A: Quartz is a man made material, where as, granite is natural
Q:What precautions should we take?
A: To protect the homes floors, we ask that the floors be protected with cardboard and make sure it is taped down securely. Due to state laws, our installers are not able to remove their boots or wear cloth protection covers.
